Good day! Remember the "Fruit Salad" of colorful flowers, I made yesterday? Well I turned them into a thank you card for my friend that I stayed with during Stampin' Up! Leadership Convention in San Antonio.

Stampin' Up! Flower Fest Retiring Stamps

 Do you have this stamp set called Flower Fest? If not, it is a "Must Have" set! Did you know this set is on the list to retire? No, no, no! I love this set, but it is not too late for you to get your own set.

This is such a fun set to stamp and then use the Sponge Daubers with! 
My favorite flower using Melon Mambo-- just ink, daub and then cut out with circle punch then trim!

Simply Sunday~ A little bit of Vintage Charm

Good morning friends,
This morning I am posting something I saw on Pinterest. It is how to add some vintage charm to your boring bathroom vanities. She suggested buying finials and buttons and painting them. You will find her post here.
Here is our try at adding cabinet legs.
I bought them finished and my husband screwed a base on to them and just glued them to the bottom of our cabinet. Here is the finished product.

Simply Sunday~Coconut Macaroons

It is Simply Sunday time again!
Today I am sharing a recipe for Macaroons. 
This is a very simple one I found on the back of the Coconut Package.
While my photo may not look that great, they tasted tooooo good! I want them all!

Recipe:
1 1/2 Cups Coconut
2 egg whites
1 t Vanilla
2/3 C Sugar
Pinch of Salt


Beat egg whites until they peak. Add a pinch of salt and the Vanilla.
Slowly add the sugar.
Add the Coconut
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I baked these for 17 minutes.
So soft and chewy.
