Simply Sunday~St. Louis Salad~Yum!!

Good morning, friends!
Today I am going to share with you, one of the yummiest salads ever!
I grew up in St. Louis and there was an Italian Restaurant there ( among others) that had the best salad. It was called Rich and Charlie's Pasta House. Later it went on to be named The Pasta House and I worked there during my college summers off.

Well I came across this recipe on Pinterest by a sweet girl named Monica and had to try her version and guess what? It is right on!
Even if you are not from St. Louis, promise me you will try this salad!

Here is Monica's version that you can click and get HER recipe right Here

This is Monica's photo

Be sure to hop on over and check out her food blog!

If you LOVE artichokes, you will LOVE this salad!
Please do me a favor? If you try it and like it, let me know or if you plan on trying it, please leave me a comment below!

Happy Sunday! Come back this week to view a new selection of cards!
