Today I am going to share with you, one of the yummiest salads ever!
I grew up in St. Louis and there was an Italian Restaurant there ( among others) that had the best salad. It was called Rich and Charlie's Pasta House. Later it went on to be named The Pasta House and I worked there during my college summers off.
Well I came across this recipe on Pinterest by a sweet girl named Monica and had to try her version and guess what? It is right on!
Even if you are not from St. Louis, promise me you will try this salad!

Oh Barb, I've missed you. I love all the pins you post. Yes you make me so very hungry when I look at all the yummy goodies you find. I do plan on trying this recipe. My kids love artichokes. Hope all is well with you and the family. Hugs my friend.
