I needed to make a card for my daughter's birthday so pulled out Patio Party Designer Paper and used Blue Ribbon Stamp set. I just love this stamp set!
I used Memorable Moments for the inside of the card. I didn't get a clean stamped image though, I am bad at that!
I hand cut the scallop but you can use our large scallop circle punch for this. I used some of the paper to make a circle on the blue ribbon and then used the happy birthday stamp from the set to create a third layer to the "ribbon".
