Oh my! A burger with the inside filled with slowly cooked, chopped brisket, with a special house steak sauce, smoked cheese and applewood bacon from Chop House Burgers! Now don't drool on your computer screen!

On April 16th Diners, Drive Ins and Dives had a show about a hamburger joint in Arlington, Texas.
We were getting ready to go out for Chinese food but after watching the show and trying not to lick the tv screen, we opted to go to Chop House Burger in Arlington,Texas. Now this is a 45 minute drive, mind you but we had to go. Well since the show aired that day, they were mobbed. They were letting one more family in and we let a lady celebrating her birthday go in and decided to come back another day. Last night was that day and it was just as good as Guy Fieri said it was. You see, Guy visited their place back in December, 2011.
Don't forget the Onion Rings- a HUGE basket for only $3 and enough to feed the family but we got 2 and a basket of fries. These were the best rings I ever had!
The salad is for my little girl. I don't call her a Vegetarian, she is a "Pigatarian" as the only "meats" she will eat are bacon, hot-dogs and pepperoni. She chose a Wedge Salad and it was huge.
Now to top things off, they have a special little bakery and we indulged in some Lemon Ricotta cookies. Sorry no photo but they were so soft and moist and lemony!

They were voted #2 Best Burger but in my eyes, they are #1. Now I want one for breakfast, right now! Also, just as the reviews say, the service is wonderful and friendly and very attentive. You feel like you are at a high star restaurant!
