Island Indigo Ink &Punched out with 23/8” Scallop Circle punch

Happy Birthday stamped with Cherry Cobbler ink

and punched w/ 1 3/8” Circle Punch

4 1/2” Ribbon in Island Indigo Ribbon

Small awards hand cut and placed with assorted brads
