Stampin' Up! Spice Cake Gift Card Holder/Card/Puppies- please answer some questions!

HI friends! How is everyone? I have had a sick boy at home the last 5 days, so I have been a bit pre-occupied, that and making up my kits to mail you!. Oh how I love making Kits! My current ones are my Christmas Shares and my Spice Cake Kits

Ok, by now you all know I LOVE Stampin' Up Spice Cake Designer Paper, right?

Well I am taking a poll- HOW MANY OF YOU LIKE IT????

Do you mind seeing another card made with it? This one is so cute! It can actually be a gift card holder. I got the idea from Joan Gross from our Stampin' Connection site.

I was babysitting my neighbors dog over the weekend, as I do daily, because she had to go home for a funeral. I decide to decorate her house for fall, so my little girl and I brought over some decorations and decorated her kitchen. I left this little card for her.

Now here it is partially opened

And now all the way opened. On the card one, I wrote my sentiment in the middle, on the gift card one, I made my own little envelope to put a gift card in.

Here is the back side

Isn't it pretty, but then I did not make it up!
Here is how the front should look. Can you tell what I did wrong in the first one?

Materials used:
Spice Cake Designer Paper
Very Vanilla and Pool Party Card Stock
Soft Suede 1 1/4 " stripped ribbon from my ribbon share!
Victoria Lace Ribbon and Twine
Spice Cake button
Scallop Trim Border Punch
Scallop Circle Punch
Friends Never Fade Stamp Set
Soft Suede Ink

To purchase any of the supplies please click HERE
Remember, everyone who orders from me in September, gets to be in a drawing for a stamp set! This includes Online Orders, Local Orders, Club Orders, Share or Kit orders! You name it, you purchase from me and you are going to be included in the Drawing this month!

Now do you want to see my pups? The black and white one is mine. The cute little one is the one I sit and  I have another one but he was sick too!

OK , now for YOUR part!!  I asked lots of questions
{hint, hint, the words in bold} in THIS post!
Who will answer me so I don't feel like I am talking to myself!!!

ok Barb! let's see. (it's the teacher in you to give a quiz - isn't it?) i do like the spice cake paper & of course i want to see another card. i think that you folded the first card right over left instead of the left over right (as i'm looking at it) on the second card. and the answer will always be YES! if dogs are involved! see - i'm listening! cheryl

I love the spice cake papers and there couldn't be enough cards for me to see with this line! Made a little mishap with the folding on the first card but if you don't tell no one will ever know! Like Cheryl whenever there is a pooch involved I'm there. Lots of pics please. hugs, eileen

Yes, I LOVE THE SPICE CAKE DESIGN PAPER!!!!!! Gladly welcome seeing another card made with it! You are talented to say the least, you should be extremely proud, love the ideas. I think if I can tell from the photos, your first card was upside down/backwards - but still cute, and never a mistake-just a learned-from experience!!! And last but definitely not least - always a joy to see animals-they are so precious!

I do like the Spice Cake and of course would love to see all that you make with it. It looks to me like you scored it incorrectly but it still looked great!! Love the doggies!!
