Stampin' Up! Letters to Santa Gift Card/Candy Holders 6 and 7!

Good morning friends! I am late with my post today. It is going to rain here all day so I took the pups for an invigorating walk today. Loving this cooler air in Texas- about time!

Today you are going to get a treat! I will be sharing 2 different Gift Card/Candy Holder Cards for you!

Can you tell I just LOVE this paper! It is in the Main Catalog and until I began working with it, well actually playing with it, I had no idea how much fun it is! This is a "must have" package to get!

I call this one the "bathrobe" card because...

..... it opens up!! I used a "Belly Band" to close it and the inside has a little pocket for your gift card and candy. I should have decorated the pocket a bit. The "Belly Band" is just sitting next to it for the photo.

I whipped up this "Pocket Card" as I will call it rather quickly. I used our Two Tags die to make the insert and tied it with Cherry Cobbler Seam Tape Binding. I stamped it with our stamp called Four the Holidays. As you can see, very little stamping has been done on any of these card holders.  I cut the little opening with our 13/8' punch and then used our Large Scallop Circle Die with our Glimmering Silver Paper.  I punched circles out of Cherry Cobbler Card Stock and a bit of the Letters to Santa DSP. Very easy to make. I made up the dimensions myself for this.

So what do you think? I love hearing your opinions so thank you for playing along! Are you liking these? If I made up a Tutorial of all the holders,  you be interested in purchasing it for under $10?

Stay tuned for tomorrow, I will be showing the final card ( but I can't stop making more!) and have you vote on your favorite one!!

Hi Barb!

Cute cards, the "bathrobe" card AKA the "flasher" card is cute but I'm thinking I'm a little partial to the pocket cards...

Hugs,
